Aspirant UK Judges wishing to take the OMJ entrants exam should contact the UK OMJ Co-ordinator , Simon Tammam , who will not only arrange the exam but will also offer advice and guidance to the correct procedure.

The O.M.J. is made up of national judges from affiliated countries. Before judges can become members, they have to pass an examination. Depending on the specializations in their home country, this may be in one of the following sections:

Section A Harz (Roller) Canaries
Section B Malinois (Waterslager) Canaries
Section C Timbrado Canaries
Section D Colorbred Canaries
Section E Type Canaries ( Smooth or 'Curly' Feather or all feather types.)
Section F Exotics
Section G European fauna
Section H Mules and hybrids
Section I Budgerigars
Section J Lovebirds, Grass/Red-rumped Parakeets, Parrotlets, Cockatiels
Section K Australian/Oceanian Large Parakeets, Rosellas, Conures
Section L Other large Parakeets other than those of section K
Section M Amazons, Macaws, Cockatoos, other Parrots
Section N Hanging Parrots, Fig Parrots, Lories, Lorikeets
